Sensors 41 having light emitting elements 42 and light receiving elements 43 are mounted at transparent tubes of a transfuse set for monitoring drip infusion having the monitorable transparent tubes through which the transfuse passes and medicinal liquid reserving sections which are coupled thereto and extend the remaining time of drip infusion. Respective patient numbers are attached to the output signals of these sensors 41. Pocket bells 56 are called before the specified time after the completion of the drip infusion by these signals to announce the completion of the drip infusion beforehand and to announce the patient numbers.
