The device is provided with an input means 4 for inputting the total volume N of infusion and the volume n of dripping at one time, a calculating means 8 for calculating the optimal drip timing based on the volume N and the volume n, a measuring means 6 for measuring actual drip timing k', a comparing means 7 for comparing the timing k' with the timing k to judge whether or not these timings coincide, and an LED 3 and a speaker 5 for outputting the result based on the judgement by the means 7.
