To obtain a dripper for absorption refrigerating machine in which dripping quantity is made uniform by suppressing the effect of installation conditions as much as possible.

A hole 3 is made at the upper part of a pipe 1 to be filled with liquid and irregularities as fine as about 1 μm are formed at least on the outer surface of the pipe 1 by chemical processing. Since the outer surface of the pipe 1 exhibits high hydrophilicity because of fine irregularities, liquid flowing out from the pipe is sucked outward through capillarity and collected at the lower part of the pipe while dripping downward on the outer circumferential surface of the pipe. The liquid drips downward without being affected by surface tension and since the head has no effect on the quantity of liquid to be dripped, the pipe is not required to be set horizontally. Consequently, handling is facilitated and since the liquid is sucked through capillarity, initial flow-out quantity is made constant and a good dripping quantity is ensured even in case of low flow rate.
