Abstract:
To provide a simple or inexpensive drive circuit for capacitive load.
The drive circuit comprises: a DC power supply; a control unit for supplying control signal; a power switch topology consisting of a first switch and a second switch respectively including the input terminals respectively connected to the power supply, the output terminals connected to the node, and control terminal connected to the control unit and receiving control signal; and an inductance connected to a capacitive load in series between the node and the power supply. The drive circuit executes control so that the control signal alternately conducts the switch. Consequently, the node outputs a pulse signal.
