A drive circuit which is provided to each of a plurality of flaps for driving flap motors M1-M4, is provided to an indoor equipment 1. It includes a driver element for operating the flap motors M1-M4, a changeover switch which contains a changeover contact, with one common contact connected to a corresponding driver element among the driver elements and a contact of the same number being connected to one flap motor, and a microcomputer 101 containing a changeover signal output part for outputting a changeover signal which switches the changeover contact of each changeover switch to a changeover contact of the same number to the changeover switch, and a drive signal output part for outputting the drive signal which drives the flap motors M1-M4 to the driver element.
