Abstract:
To provide a drive command generation device that is able to set a speed of a main-shaft motor quickly and easily.SOLUTION: A drive command generation device 20 is provided in a synchronous control system which executes control so that a slave-shaft motor is synchronized with a position or speed of a main-shaft motor. The drive command generation device 20 includes a parameter setting unit 21, a main-shaft command generation unit 22, and a slave-shaft command generation unit 23. The parameter setting unit 21 sets a machine parameter on the basis of machine information, which is input information about a control target of the synchronization control system. The main-shaft command generation unit 22 generates a main-shaft target speed at which an effective load of a slave-shaft motor control device which controls the slave-shaft motor by using the machine parameter and an effective load command, becomes an effective load command. The effective load command is a command value for the effective load, which is an indicator of an average load when the slave-shaft motor is driven. The slave-shaft command generation unit 23 generates a slave-shaft target speed, which is information about a target speed of a slave shaft, on the basis of the machine parameter and the main-shaft target speed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
