Abstract:
To provide a drive control device that is applied to a drive system comprising a plurality of electric motors for driving a vehicle and that can reduce a bias of a temperature of each electric motor.SOLUTION: A drive control device (40) for driving a drive system for a vehicle driven by a plurality of electric motors comprises: a temperature acquisition part (41) that acquires temperatures of the plurality of electric motors; and a torque distribution part (44) that distributes required torque, required by the vehicle, to each of the electric motors so that temperature differences among the plurality of electric motors, based on the temperatures of the plurality of electric motors, acquired by the temperature acquisition part, can become small.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
