When the engine output Pe exceeds the allowable maximum engine output Pemax, a signal is outputted from a signal output part 31 to an engine control part 38 for decreasing the output of an engine 2. The engine output control part 38 decreases the engine output Pe via a fuel supply rate adjusting mechanism 39. Thereby, a CVT transmitting power PCVT is regulated.
