Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve operability while preventing unnecessary tampering by dividing a controller for controlling to drive, fixedly incorporating a body in a canopy, and so storing an operation and display unit as to be drawn under the canopy.
CONSTITUTION: A controller 8 for controlling cold reserving and defrosting operations is stored in a canopy 6 protruding from a front upper part of a case body 1 of an open display case. In this case, the controller 8 is formed by splitting it into a body 8a assembled with a control unit such as a microcomputer, etc., and an operation and display unit 8b having an input setter and a display unit. The body 8a is connected to the unit 8b via a signal cable 8c. The body 8a is contained fixedly in the canopy 6, while the unit 8b is so contained as to be drawn from a lower surface of the canopy 6 via a holder 11. In this case, a transparent window 6a of the canopy 6 is opposed to the display unit.
