Abstract:
PURPOSE:To make it possible to exercise smooth stop control over a traveling body with high precision by securing the minimum speed of the traveling body by use of an offset voltage. CONSTITUTION:The count value of counter 1 to which data that correspond to the traveling distance has been preset is subtracted by a pulse from traveling-position detector 12 and the result is D/A-converted and supplied to operational amplifier 6. In accordance with the output of amplifier 6, traveling body 10 is moved through motor 8, but once the traveling body is moved to a fixed position determined by the gain of amplifier 6, its traveling speed is reduced. An offset voltage is developed by offset signals from FF4, 5 and then supplied to amplifier 6 to secure its minimum speed. When it is detected 2 that the value of counter 1 reaches zero, FF4, 5 are cleared and motor 8 stops. Thus, smooth stop control over the traveling body can be exercised with high precision by setting the offset speed.
