The device comprises a plurality of actuators (51A-51D) operating by drive signals, a DC voltage supply means (61) for steadily supplying DC voltages to all of the plurality of actuators, signal amplifiers (58) of the number smaller than the number of the actuators, a switching means (62) for selectively switching either of the actuators and outputting the drive signal of the signal amplifier, and a control means (53) for controlling the switching means (62) in a manner that the drive signals from the signal amplifiers (58) are outputted at different timing in accordance with the order predetermined to the plurality of actuators.
