To miniaturize a device and to constitute the device so as to cope with a power demand to a drive shaft.
A multi-layer motor 40 is constituted by arranging a motor MG1 on the inner peripheral side on a concentric circle and a motor MG2 on the outer peripheral side on the same shaft with a crankshaft 26, a sun gear 31 of a power distributing integral mechanism 30 arranging each of a sun gear 61, a carrier 64, a ring gear 62 on the sides of the motor MG1 and an engine 22 and a reduction gear 60 mounted to a case are provided on the opposite side of the engine 22 with respect to the multi-layer motor 40 on the same shaft of the crankshaft 26, a reduction gear 65 mounting each of a sun gear 66, a carrier 69, a ring gear 67 on the motor MG2, a ring gear 32 of the power distributing integral mechanism 30 and the case is provided on the same side with the engine 22 with respect to the multi-layer motor 40. Consequently, it is possible to cope with a power demand to a ring gear shaft 32a as the driving shaft while miniaturizing the device by adjusting gear ratios of the reduction gears 60, 65.
