PURPOSE: To reduce failure and noise by arranging an endless circulating belt below carriages, supporting its outward belt with a belt receiving guide, and pressure-contacting a friction plate, provided below the carriages, to the upper surface of the outward belt in a tray tiltedly-falling type classification conveyer.

CONSTITUTION: An endless circulating belt 2 is wound between pulleys 3 and 3 to be arranged along a conveyer guide path 7, on which carriages 6 move, below the carriages 6 linked in a line. The outward belt 21 of the endless circulating belt 2 is supported with a belt receiving guide 13 fitted to the lower side of rails 9 and 9 provided on the conveyer guide path 7 via a belt receiving guide base 12. On the other hand, a friction plate 19, downwardly energized with a spring 18, is provided on the lower part of, the carriages 6 to be pressure-contacted to the upper surface of the outward belt 21, and is circulatedly moved due to the frictional engagement with the belt 21.
