CONSTITUTION: A reciprocatively rotatable control body 3 and a power transmitting mechanism 4 to drive the driving shaft 2 of a movable body 1 in the same direction in both the cases of the forward and backward rotations of the control body 3 are provided. In addition, a rotary body 5 with a return direction idling mechanism having an idling mechanism to idle the power transmitting mechanism 4 during the rotation in the return direction of the control body 3 and a rotary body 6 with a going direction idling mechanism having an idling mechanism to idle the mechanism 4 during the rotation in a going direction of the control body 3 are provided.
