Abstract:
PURPOSE: To efficiently move a linear member, etc., relatively to a relative moving member.
CONSTITUTION: A drive device is incorporated with an ultrasonic actuator 10 which generates ultrasonic vibration in the drive section of the actuator 10 and roller member 32 which drives a relative moving member 4 when the member 32 rotates upon coming into contact with the drive section of the actuator 10 and the first part 32-1 of the roller member 32 which comes into contact with the drive section of the actuator 10 is made of a material different from that of the second part 32-2 of the member 32 which comes into contact with the relative moving member 4.
