Abstract:
To provide a driving device for a sluice gate opening/closing device with preferable safety and power saving property capable of making an opening/closing work of a sluice gate electrically-driven by being attached to an existing sluice gate opening/closing device and capable of being remotely operated by a worker.SOLUTION: A driving device 10 for a sluice gate opening/closing device attached to a sluice gate opening/closing device 12 comprising an operation shaft 11 to which a manual handle 28 can be attached and opening/closing a sluice gate by normal/reverse rotation of the operation shaft 11 includes: (a) a driving unit 13 comprising an electric motor 17 and a rotation transmission mechanism 20 which includes an input shaft 18 for a motor whose one side is connected with the electric motor 17 and a direct attaching-type output shaft 19 whose one side or the other side is connected with the operation shaft 11, and which transmits rotation of the electric motor 17 to the operation shaft 11; (b) a remote controller 14 transmitting a control signal for remotely operating the driving unit 13; and (c) a control unit 15 receiving the control signal transmitted from the remote controller 14 and controlling an operation of the driving unit 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
