Abstract:
To provide a drive device that can be driven in a stable state while correcting a midpoint potential with a simple configuration even when the midpoint potential deviates when two electromechanical and electrical integrated motors connected in series are started or stopped.SOLUTION: Electromechanical and electrical integrated motors 10 and 20 are equipped with inverters 12 and 22 that drive motors 11 and 21, respectively. A motor drive device 40 detects a midpoint potential Vn of a midpoint N by a control circuit 60, controls a compensation circuit 70 to operate such that the midpoint potential falls within a reference potential region when the midpoint potential Vn deviates, and adjusts a rotation instruction value for the inverters 12 and 22. As a result, the midpoint potential Vn falls within the reference potential region without passing a current by the compensation circuit 70.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
