Abstract:
To perform widening of a rotational angle or adjustment of a resonance frequency, by syntheses of resonances of a driven part and resonances of deforming vibrations in the shape of standing waves.SOLUTION: The present driving device makes: a base part and a torsion bar perform deforming vibrations in the shape of standing waves, with vibrations generated by periodically applying vibrations to a drive source part arranged in the base part; and a mirror (driven part) supported by the base part rotate resonantly at a frequency of the standing-wave-shaped deforming vibrations that is different from a resonance frequency of a mirror part (and determined by a support part).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
