To provide a drive mechanism of an image pickup device capable of preventing generation of vibration and unexpected inclination in the image pickup device.
The drive mechanism of an image pickup device 1 drives the image pickup device 1 including an imaging surface 101 in a direction perpendicular to the imaging surface 101. The drive mechanism comprises: a first planar three-node link mechanism 60 including a driven link 5c provided with the image pickup device 1 and two pairs of drive links 5a and 5b rotatably connected to the driven link 5c provided with the image pickup device 1 via a rotational pair 6a and 6b; two pairs of drive sections 3a and 3b which are connected to each of the two pairs of drive links 5a and 5b via a rotational pair 4a and 4b and can drive each of the drive links 5a and 5b in a direction parallel to the imaging surface 101 of the image pickup device 1; and guide mechanisms 10a and 10b for guiding the image pickup device 1 to be driven in a direction perpendicular to the imaging surface 101.
