Abstract:
To provide a driving mechanism which can automatically close a door even when a commercial power supply is lost, dispenses with a special facility such as compression gas, and is easy in maintenance management.SOLUTION: A driving part 18 is configured to cause an engagement mechanism 30 to release an engagement state of a door part 12 at start time of closing operation of the door part 12, as well as configured to drive the door part 12 to a closing direction via a transmission mechanism 20 using a gravity force derived from a total mass of a main weight 72 and one or more auxiliary weights 74. The driving part 18 sequentially releases connection between the main weight 72 and the one or more auxiliary weights 74 after the door part 12 starts moving, and drives the door part 12 to the closing direction via the transmission mechanism 20 using the gravity force derived from the total mass of at least the main weight 72 connected to the transmission mechanism 20 and the one or more auxiliary weights 74 that remain connected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
