PURPOSE: To enable the axis line of a bellows and a connecting rod to be set perpendicular to the axis line of a drive shaft without fail, by determining such a position that an eccentric shaft does not rotate together with a rotating drive shaft to fix the eccentric shaft.
CONSTITUTION: After a front cover 11 is attached to a motor 1, a drive shaft 2 is rotated by manual operation and an eccentric shaft 3 is shifted in the line of the axis of the drive shaft 2 for determining such as eccentric position that the eccenrric shaft 3 does not rotate together with the drive shaft 2. The position corresponds to the position in which the axis line O1-O1 of the bellows 6 and a connecting rod 5 is perpendicular to the axis line O2-O2 of the drive shaft 2. The eccentric shaft 3 is fixed at the position, whereby the axis line of the bellows 6 and the connecting rod 5 can be set in the position perpendicular to the line of the axis of the drive shaft 2 without fail.
