To provide a drive part structure of an internal combustion engine capable of making the internal combustion engine compact.SOLUTION: In a drive part structure of an internal combustion engine 10 comprising a supercharger 18 and a supercharger driving mechanism 90 transmitting power to the supercharger 18 to drive the supercharger 18, the supercharger driving mechanism 90 comprises a driving power transmission member (a third intermediate gear 69 and a fourth intermediate gear 71) arranged on the opposite side from cylinders 31a, 41a of the internal combustion engine 10 about a valve driving mechanism 89 which drives a valve gear device 100 with driving power, as a power source, of a crank shaft 16 rotating in response to explosion in the cylinders 31a, 41a. The valve driving mechanism 89 is arranged closely to the inside of the internal combustion engine 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
