PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To disclose an apparatus and a method for transmitting driving force between a first component and another component.SOLUTION: An apparatus includes an elongated shaft element extending along a longitudinal axis, and includes a first shaft region and another shaft region, each of which has substantially cylindrical outer faces extended from a first side and another side of a cam body region. The apparatus also includes a fluid communication path extending within the shaft element from a first end region of the shaft element to at least one outlet aperture on an outer surface of a first cylindrical region.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
