Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive support control device capable of performing drive support control in which a vehicle traveling on a same lane is a preceding vehicle.SOLUTION: A hybrid ECU 31 performs a drive support control for increasing a vehicular gap, when an execution condition is established, the execution condition is that, a vehicular gap between a vehicle 10 and a preceding vehicle is smaller than a target vehicular gap. The hybrid ECU 31 acquires a vehicular gap with a vehicle which travels ahead based on a signal from an information ECU 36. The hybrid ECU 31 performs the drive support control with a current value as a vehicular gap with a preceding vehicle, with a condition in which, a state in which, a change value being a difference between a previous value of the vehicular gap and the current value of the vehicular gap is equal to or less than a permissible value is continued for a determination period.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
