Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce the jarring noise by collision when partially toothless gears start engaging with a counter gear.
CONSTITUTION: Plural teeth 200 at which partially toothless gears 12b, 17 start engaging with a counter gear (drive gear) 13 are formed as softer teeth than other teeth 201. For material at the part of the teeth 200, elastomer of a variety, rubber, nylon, etc., may be used. The part of the teeth 200 is integrated with the gear 12b, 17 by two-color molding.
