Abstract:
To properly change a gear change stage to a target gear change stage.SOLUTION: A cam drive mechanism 9 of a drive unit 1 has a shift drum 90, cam grooves 91, 92 and 93 and engagement pins 851, 852. The cam grooves 91, 92 and 93 are arranged while being displaced in positions of cam parts 915, 925 and 935 in a peripheral direction around a rotating shaft Xc. The shift drum 90 is arranged in the rotating shaft Xc direction so as to be displaceable by a spring Sp for supporting both ends in the rotating shaft Xc direction. Recesses (91P2, 91P3, 92P1, 92P3, 93P1, 93P2: escape parts) for continuing a turn of the shift drum 90 to a gear-change progress direction by being intruded by the engagement pins 851, 852 and 853 therein when the shift drum 90 is displaced to the rotating shaft Xc direction at a change of a gear change stage are formed at the cam grooves 91, 92 and 93, respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
