Abstract:
The machine frameless drive unit (1) for a lift consists of at least one motor (2A) at least one brake (7) and a drive disc (5) installed between bearing plates (3,4). The motor is installed on one bearing plate and each bearing plate is supported by a plinth (11). The bearing plates are connected by cross members (8,9). The drive disc is supported by a shaft which is mounted on a motor stand acting as one bearing plate and on a bearing bracket acting as the other bearing plate.
