Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive unit reducing a risk of generating noise.SOLUTION: A head-up display device A includes a recess surface mirror unit 4 capable of rotating around a rotational shaft 4a. A drive unit 41 of the recess surface mirror unit 4 includes a motor 410, a gear 411 transmitting power of the motor, and a support 412 supporting the motor 410 and the gear 411. The support 412 forms a cavity part 4123 around a gear rotational shaft part 4121 of an output gear 411c of the gear 411 for weight saving, and enhances rigidity by a beam part 4124. Consequently, a risk of generating noise is reduced by resonance of an inherent oscillation period in driving of the motor 410 and an inherent oscillation period of the support 412.
