PURPOSE: To provide a driven member made of the coated steel, which is supported on a ground supporting layer and which has a small surface resistance to the slide of the soft ground and which has the excellent corrosion resistance.
CONSTITUTION: In a steel pipe pile 1, which is to be driven to a ground supporting layer 7 through the soft ground 6, the outer surface of a part to be driven to the ground supporting layer 7 is not coated, and a part, which contacts with the soft ground 6, is included, and an epoxy primer layer 3, a modified polyolefin adhesive agent layer 4, and a polyolefin layer 5 are laminated on the outer surface of the top part in order. Since the surface of the member is coated with polyolefine having a small surface resistance to the soft ground and the excellent corrosion resistance, a drive member, of which sliding resistance between the ground is reduced so as to show the earthquake resistance and of which corrosion resistance is improved, can be provided.
