Abstract:
To provide a driver bit which can suitably fasten a screw, which is larger than a size restricted by a clearance such as a slit, and release fastening thereof against such a fact that a size (size of a nominal diameter) of a screw is restricted by said clearance.SOLUTION: A tip fitting part 61, which is substantially cross-shaped, is so configured that by omitting each cutting part 71 along only an opposite direction of one groove part pair 72a, a width t1 in said one opposite direction becomes shorter than a width t2 in an opposite direction of the other groove part pair 72b, and further, a rotary shaft part 63 comprises a small diameter part 63b having an outer diameter which is the width t1 or smaller in one opposite direction. According to such a configuration, the tip fitting part 61 and the small diameter part 63b can be inserted in a clearance such as a slit, and therefore, a screw, which is positioned on a deeper side of the slit and has a size larger than a clearance of the slit, can be suitably driven.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
