Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a driver circuit which can shorten the signal transmission delay time and has a wide signal clock frequency band and has a high stability of operation.
CONSTITUTION: A driver circuit 10 which drives a power output part is provided with a power driver 20 which drives the power output part, a driving circuit 40 which has an input part 90 and drives the power driver 20, and a voltage supply part 30. The input part 90 is provided with a means TR1 to which an input signal is supplied, and the power supply part 30 is provided with a means TR2 which has a common, which is not common to that of the means TR1, and supplies power. The signal propagation delay is shortened by the driver circuit, and the driver circuit is made compact and small-sized, and the band width of the clock frequency is extended.
