Abstract:
PURPOSE: To realize efficient and stabilized relative motion with respect to a linear relative motion member, for example.
CONSTITUTION: The driver comprises an ultrasonic motor 10 generating an ultrasonic oscillation at a drive section, and a roller member 32 which rotates while touching the drive part of the ultrasonic motor 10 to make a relative motion with respect to a relative motion member 4. The roller member 32 has a first part 32-1 touching the drive part of the ultrasonic motor 10 and a second part 32-2 touching the relative motion member 4 provided at different faces.
