PURPOSE: To obtain a driver utilizing superconducting phenomenon in which energy consumption can be reduced greatly as compared with a conventional driver employing a motor.
CONSTITUTION: First to fourth permanent magnets 14-20 are bonded to the central shaft 12 of a super electromagnetic induction motor 10. A vessel 22 containing a superconductor 24 is disposed on the outside of the first to fourth permanent magnets 14-20 while spaced apart therefrom. The vessel 22 is filled with a coolant 25 in order to sustain the superconducting coils of superconductor 24 for starting, power generation and power storage in superconducting state. Upper and lower resistor coils are interposed, respectively, between first and second switches and between second and third switches disposed at the intermediate part of the superconductor 24.
