The driver includes a driving means 100, a first gear 210 driven by the driving means, a plurality of second gears 220 engaged with the first gear, a third gear 230 provided in parallel with the first gear and to have the same rotary axis with it, a plurality of fourth gears 240 engaged with the third gear, a plurality of first decorations 310 respectively driven by the plurality of second gears, a plurality of second decorations 320 respectively driven by the plurality of fourth gears and a locking means 400 for locking the third gear to the first gear. When the third gear is locked to the first gear by the locking means, the first and second decorations are driven; and when the third gear is unlocked, the first decorations are driven and the second decorations are not driven.
