When steering operation is not conducted by the driver and the steering operation is not expected during traveling in a prescribed distance in a state where a hand is placed at least either right steering movable device 101a or left steering movable device 101b, the steering movable device where the driver places his hand on is operated by a rhythm movement control part 106a using a driving force of a motor, and thus the regular rhythm movements by the fingers are guided to the driver. Concurrently with the start of the rhythm movements, the assist force of a power steering device 109 is weakened by a power steering control part 106b, and thus the influence of the movements of the fingers due to the rhythm movements on steering is reduced.
