Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent a vehicle from being stolen by providing an optically or magnetically readable information memory means, on a driver's license. CONSTITUTION:A particular code is previously written in a magnetic card 1 as a driver's license. Stored information in this magnetic card 1 is read by a card reading part 2 and stored in a buffer memory 3. Then, a code information is taken out from the buffer memory 3 while another previously written code information is taken out from a memory 4, and both code informations are inputted into a comparator 5 to judge whether they are the same or not. Only when both the informations are the same, a driving command is sent to a switch driving part 6 to close a switch 7 to enable an engine to be started. Thereby, the vehicle can be prevented from being driven by a person other than a properly licensed person, while preventing driving without carrying a driver's license.
