To provide a driving circuit of a capacitive load for driving a heavy capacitive load with a small current consumption in a driving circuit pre- charging a liquid crystal panel.
This driving circuit comprises a 1st transistor Q3 wherein an input signal is impressed on the base, a current source 4 supplying a bias current to the base of the 1st transistor, and a current mirror circuit 5 wherein an input terminal is connected with the collector of the 1st transistor Q3 and an output terminal is connected with the base of the 1st transistor 3, and drives a capacitive load from the emitter of the 1st transistor Q3. Thus, it is possible to reduce a current source capacity for supplying the base current of the 1st transistor and reduce current consumption of the whole circuit.
