In the drive circuit of the device, including the electrically controlled magnetic circuit, which includes a signal level adjustment part 14 and an integrator circuit part 15; the integrator circuit part includes an OP amplifier 23, a capacitor 27, connected in parallel with the OP amplifier; a resistance 28 for feedback connected in parallel, and switching means 33 and 32 for connecting/disconnecting the resistance to/from the OP amplifier; and the integrator circuit part operates as an integrator circuit, when the switching means disconnect the resistance, and the integrator circuit part operates as an amplifier circuit, when the switching means connect the resistance.
