A serial data generating circuit 31 converts at least a plurality of control signals in a plurality of kinds of control signals into serial data and outputs the data to drivers 20-1 to 20-m. The drivers 20-1 to 20-m have a serial/parallel converting means for separating the serial data into the original plurality of kinds of control signals. Thereby, the number of transfer paths 21, 22 of control signals can be decreased, the cost of driving circuits can be decreased as much, and the circuit scale can be reduced. A high effect of cost reduction is obtained since photocouplers 14, 15 provided in the transmission paths 21, 22 are expensive.
