Title:
DRIVING CIRCUIT FOR SWITCHING ELEMENT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3469456
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a driving circuit for switching element capable of reducing the number of elements that constitute a circuit and easily designing the circuit.
SOLUTION: A 1st PNP transistor Q2 and a 2nd NPN transistor Q3 connect their respective collectors to be a totem-pole configuration and the collectors connected in common are further connected to the base of a 1st NPN switching transistor Q1. The base of the transistor Q3 is directly connected to a signal output terminal (P) of a control circuit 3, a 1st resistor R11 is connected between the base of the transistor Q3 and input terminal 1 and the parallel circuits of a 2nd resistor R12 and a 1st capacitor C11 are connected between the bases of the transistors Q3 and Q2. The emitter of the transistor Q2 is connected to the terminal 1 through a 3rd resistor R13 and the emitter of the transistor Q3 is connected to the ground that is the same as the emitter of the transistor Q1.
