PURPOSE: To make it possible to maintain the stabilized driving of a driven member by measuring an executable time of speed control and controlling then a parameter relating to speed control in accordance with the data of measurement.

CONSTITUTION: In case of motor drive, a microcomputer 101 measures a supply voltage variation to a motor 110 in accordance with AD input in synchronization with the trailing edge of a motor encorder 114, and the pulse to cut off the motor 110 is generated based on the data. In case of motor brake at an angle 40° ahead of the specific position, a field brake is applied to the motor 110, so a prescribed pulse in advance is generated in synchronization with the trailing edge of the motor encorder 114. A lock lever 113 is on at an angle 20° ahead of the specific position, and after then, the pulse to cut off the motor 110 is generated. And, an executable time of speed control is measured by the microcomputer 101, a parameter relating to speed control is then controlled in accordance withe the data of measurement.
