CONSTITUTION: When the revolution number of a finger 8 and the dimension of an object to be packaged are input, a cutting dimension is calculated, and a first and third driving motors rotate by an initial setting button so that he finger 8 and a cutter 23 are located at a relative position conforming to the initial data. By a start button, the first driving motor is driven to obtain the revolution number of the finger 8, and an object to be packaged 1 is carried with a designated interval, and fed to a packaging device main body 3 side. In the meantime, for the second and third driving motors, a timer operates when a photoelectric tube 9 detects the object to be packaged 1, and after a designated period of time has passed, both motors are rotated and kept at a predetermined speed. When a object to be packaged 1 is missing, since the photoelectric tube 9 does not detect the object to be packaged 1, the second and third driving motors stop.
