Title:
DRIVING AND CONTROL SYSTEM OF BRUSHLESS MOTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH0223089
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE: To control a revolution to be constant, by a method wherein a motor is successively driven by generating a saw-tooth wave with a frequency signal in accordance with a frequency generating pattern in the initial starting period of the motor. CONSTITUTION: In the driving and control circuit of a brushless motor M, a frequency generating pattern 1 generates a frequency signal corresponding to the revolution of the motor M and the signal is connected to an operational amplifier 4 through a filter (2 and 3). The frequency signal is inputted to a frequency-voltage converter 9 whose output voltage is inputted to a comparator 20, an amplifier 23 and a differential amplifier 24, respectively, through a clamping circuit which has an upper limit input defined by a Zener diode 15 and a lower limit input defined by a transistor 16, etc. The output terminal of the comparator 20 is connected to a saw-tooth wave generating circuit (29 and 30). Further, an oscillator 43 and an FF (44 and 45) are provided and inverters INV1 and INV2 composed of a number of transistors 47-58 are controlled by its positive and negative output, and an alternating power supply is applied to two coils L1 and L2 to turn the motor M.
