A CPU 11 computes an upper-end side power-supply interrupting place Yup (or a lower-end side power-supply interrupting place Ydw) on the basis of detecting signals from a supply-voltage detector 19 and a temperature sensor 20. When an open-close place register 41 counts the reaching of a window glass W at the upper-end side power-supply interrupting place Yup (the lower- end side power-supply interrupting place Ydw), the CPU 11 interrupts a power supply for the motor 1. The motor 1 in which supply voltage is interrupted conducts inertial rotation, and guides the window glass W up to a totally closing (or a totally opening place).
