Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a food production machine for producing pasty food and/or fluid food very small in size. CONSTITUTION: This machine for producing pasty food and/or fluid food is composed of an upper unit consisting of a container equipped with a heating and/or cooling means and stirrer and a lower unit consisting of a cylinder equipped with a cooling means and a mixer. This driving device for operating the food production machine is provided with a 1st motor 32 and a 2nd motor 33 operationally linked respectively through two deceleration systems 34 and 42 to mixer 26 and a stirrer 21. This deceleration system 34 is provided with an operation input shaft 37 having a free wheel 35 operationally linked to the stirrer 21 and the deceleration system 42. The stirrer 21 and mixer 26 are driven by the respective motors 32 and 33 or only the motor 33.
