PURPOSE: To supply ink or a washing liquid only by desired amount at a desired position of an ink roll by automatically moving the ink feeder by the desired number of reciprocation in a desired region of the ink roll only by operating a switch.

CONSTITUTION: In the ink feeder in which ink or the washing liquid of desired amount is supplied to the desired position of the ink roll, the ink roll is divided into the regions of hWd in the longitudinal direction, and the ink feeder is driven so that ink or the washing liquid is discharged to the regions of hWd by pushing the region designating switches 1hW1d corresponding to the regions. Starting switches 51W54 are mounted which are reciprocated within the left and right ends of the regions hWd being selected by means of the region designating switches 1hW1d, and the ink feeder is driven so as to be reciprocated by desired number by pushing the starting switches 51W54.
