Abstract:
PURPOSE:To automate the zero point adjustment of a linear pulse motor by connecting a sensor for detecting the zero point stopping position of a drive unit of the motor to a controller. CONSTITUTION:A linear pulse motor 10 has a motor moving unit 11 and a motor stationary unit 12. Photosensors 40, 50 respectively formed of light emitting units 41, 51 and photoreceptors 42, 52 are formed at the zero point stopping positions at the front and rear end of the moving unit 11 of the motor 10, and connected to a controller 30 for producing a normal or reverse pulse signal to a driver 20. The zero point is adjusted so that the photosensors 40, 50 become ON at the zero point stopping time. In this manner, the zero adjustment can be automatically performed.
