To prevent skidding even in the increase of the load, while making the best use of the advantage of a long travel body, such as a belt by bringing the belt-like travel body into contact with an outer surface of a driving belt for transmitting the travelling of the driving belt to the belt-like travel body.
A driving device 5 is suspended by endlessly winding a driving belt between a drive side rotary body 6 and a driven side rotary body 7. A belt-like travel body 4 is brought into contact with an outer surface of the driving belt to be driven and travelled in accompany with the travelling of the driving belt. Furthermore, a convey body connected to a proper part, is advanced along a guide rail in accompany with the travelling of the belt-like travel body 4 to convey the load placed on the convey body to a predetermined place. The driving rotary body 6 is reversed to advance the belt-like travel body in the reverse direction and to retreat the load. The belt-like travel body 4 is guided by a guide roller 9 so that it is brought into contact with the driving belt for a long distance, and closely adhered to the driving belt by an adhesion means 10 comprising a spring 11.
