PURPOSE: To enable loading/unloading and pick-up drive of a disk by a single motor by meshing an idle gear with a loading gear or pick-up drive gear by means of a link with two sets of bite-locks.

CONSTITUTION: A link 20 is turned, which can be brought into plane contact with a woolen disk of a friction means for a power transmission gear 18 driven by a motor 17, and the link is positioned by a pressing projection 29a of a lever 29 toggled by an excited solenoid 33 and a bite-lock piece 20a, and an idle gear 19 for the link 20 is meshed with a loading gear 22. On the other hand, when the solenoid 33 is de-energized, the bite-lock by the bite-lock piece 20a is released and the link 20 is similarly positioned by a second bite-lock piece 20b and a pressing projection 35a of a lever 35, and then the gear 19 is meshed with a pick-up drive gear 25, and thus, this arrangement enables loading/unloading of a disk and pickup drive by a single drive motor.
