To provide a driving device of a moving body for a vehicle seat in which biasing force of a spring means can prevent the moving body from rapidly moving from an initial position to a side of a front area of use and non-smooth front movement of the moving body is avoided in the area of use.
A driving device includes a first rotation link 61 that is rotatable around a rotary shaft 63; a second rotation link 58 that is rotatable around a rotary shaft 59 and connects with a spring means 73; an engagement hole 62 that is provided on the first rotation link and one of the second rotation link; and an engagement member 60 that is provided on the first rotation link and the other of the second rotation link, can engages with the engagement hole in a relative movement manner, and changes rotational torque of the first rotation link by a gradual change of a distance of the one of the rotation link 61 from the rotary shaft 63 with the movement of the moving body 32 from the initial position to a front end position side of the area of use.
